We hope you love your Sophia’s Garden and Sons item(s). If you need to make a return, please note that we don’t include return labels in our packages. Instead, you can contact us at info@sophiasgarden to request a return.

Return Policy Guidelines

• You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
• All items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached.
• Products must not be used, washed, or stained.
• Items must not smell of perfume, cigarettes, or other strong odors.
• Worn pieces will not be accepted for return.
• Make sure the parcel is securely sealed to avoid any damage during return shipping.
• We don’t accept returns or claims for items bought from other retailers or second-hand stores/websites.
• Please be careful when trying items at home, as some may be fragile. It’s your responsibility to ensure items are returned in their original condition.

Return Process

1. Email info@sophiasgarden for return request
2. You’ll receive a confirmation email with further instructions on return shipping.
3. Once our warehouse receives and approves your returned items, we’ll process your refund.
4. Refunds are credited via your original payment method.
5. Our standard processing time for returns is 14 days from receipt at our warehouse.
6. You’ll receive a notification email when the return is completed.

Please note:

• The initial shipping fee and return cost will not be refunded.
• Any billing fees are non-refundable.

Defective or Incorrectly Supplied Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact our customer service at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll provide further instructions and a return label.
